Logistics & Materials Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Materials Coordinator to join our Blanchardstown site. Reporting to Site Management, you will oversee all logistics and material movements, ensuring timely delivery, safe storage and efficient distribution to support the construction programme.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all site deliveries and material movements.
• Lead the site logistics team, including Telehandler Operators, 360 Operators, banksmen and spotters.
• Receive, inspect and store materials correctly.
• Safely off‑load and move materials to work fronts.
• Monitor material usage and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Submit delivery dockets and invoices to Head Office.
• Ensure plant and equipment certifications remain valid.
• Carry out logistics activities in line with RAMS and site safety requirements.
• Liaise with Site Management, suppliers and subcontractors to support project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction logistics or materials coordination.
• Experience leading or supervising a logistics team.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
• Full, clean driving licence.
