About the role
Zeus is seeking dedicated Machine Operatives to work night and evening shifts at its Letterkenny facility. You will help produce high‑performance polymer tubing for critical applications in medical devices, aerospace, automotive and energy sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production and extrusion equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor process parameters in real time and adjust settings to meet exact specifications.
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimise downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of production runs and quality checks.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure all output meets stringent standards.
Required profile
- Willingness to work permanent night (12 am‑8 am) or evening (4 pm‑12 am) shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to retain technical information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing process requirements.
- Fluency in English.
