Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape AI systems’ understanding of organizational behavior, decision‑making, and leadership strategy. This fully remote, flexible contract allows you to work on your own schedule while influencing cutting‑edge AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training.
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision‑making frameworks.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models handle managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task‑based assignments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles.
• Skilled at evaluating decision‑making quality and analyzing complex trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
