Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape AI systems that simulate real‑world organizational behavior and decision‑making. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you work on your own schedule while influencing the next generation of AI reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios used for model training.
• Assess the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structures.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision‑making frameworks.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI handling of managerial reasoning.
• Complete task‑based assignments independently and asynchronously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and analyze complex trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Nice to have: MBA or Master’s in Management, industry experience in leadership or operations, familiarity with AI evaluation workflows.
