Manager, Product Management - Client Data Onboarding

About the role

Lead the AI‑led client data onboarding product, shaping strategy and delivering a seamless user experience for data engineers and ACS users. Partner with engineering, data science and UX teams to build agentic workflows that replace manual ETL.

Key responsibilities

• Define functional and non‑functional requirements for agents, automated data loading, data quality checks and the web app.
• Design human‑in‑the‑loop UX so users can review, edit and approve agent outputs and answer Client Data Requests quickly.
• Develop product strategy from user research, client data complexity and commercial priorities, delivering an MVP and scaling across industries.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development, write requirements, support testing and measure impact on onboarding time, data quality and manual effort.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, privacy, PCI/PII compliance and coordinate with data ingestion, Databricks setup and migration teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with data and analytics products.
• Experience building AI, LLM and agent‑based solutions, including human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
• Strong strategic thinking, ability to translate vision into measurable roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across engineering and business stakeholders.

• Modern data platforms, specifically Databricks.
• UX collaboration for expert‑user interfaces.
