Manufacturing Associate (Moulding & Assembly)

About the role

Repligen is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Waterford to assemble products according to approved procedures, quality standards and production requirements. The role covers use, storage and control of materials and equipment, meeting daily production targets and contributing to continuous improvement of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, batch documents, MOs and manufacturing drawings; complete documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, organised work area and support the team in reaching daily production targets.
• Use, store, maintain and clean equipment and materials in line with approved documentation.
• Contribute to operational targets such as efficiency, right first time, final pass yield and document errors.
• Take responsibility for the hourly/daily performance of the assigned manufacturing cell and its teamwork projects (audits, inspections).
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and report department metrics accurately.
• Complete in-process testing and control specialised equipment and tools as per SOPs.
• Report near misses, accidents and dangerous occurrences to the supervisor and comply with EHS and quality standards.
• Communicate line performance, issues, changeovers and documentation status during shift handover and weekly meetings.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and operate equipment.
• Previous moulding experience highly desirable; previous experience is not essential as full training is provided.
• Preferred: good knowledge of CAPA, cleanroom operations, GMP, EHS, press operations, packaging and labelling, and quality.

• Estimated starting rate of 14.75 EUR per hour.
