Manufacturing Operator – Cleanroom Production

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operator at WGNSTAR you will support our semiconductor customers throughout the production process. The role centres on strict adherence to standard operating procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and cleanroom compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, transport and record critical materials within the factory.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow company protocols, including gowning and PPE.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
• Perform quality checks in line with process specifications.
• Utilise MS Office and the proprietary in‑house computer system for documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong team player with excellent organisational and time‑keeping abilities.
• Adaptable to varied tasks and able to work in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, stoop, walk and reach during 12‑hour shifts.
• Commitment to 100% compliance with safety and protocol regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using an in‑house computer system for production data.
