Manufacturing Operator – Medical Devices

About the role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join Stryker’s production team in Macroom, Ireland. The role involves manufacturing, inspecting and packaging high‑quality medical devices in accordance with strict SOPs and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Produce, package and label medical devices following standard operating procedures.
- Inspect components using precision measuring equipment to verify engineering specifications.
- Complete production records, maintenance logs and final inspection documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Perform finished‑goods inspection and review device history records (DHR).
Required profile
- Leaving Certificate, trade qualification or equivalent education.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Required skills
- Use of precision measuring equipment for component inspection.
