Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will drive revenue growth by creating buzz, securing media coverage, and protecting the reputation of Emerald Airlines and its partners. This hands‑on position requires a proven track‑record of delivering innovative, high‑impact multi‑channel marketing communications that boost traffic and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute cost‑effective, commercially viable campaigns on tight budgets to achieve high sales growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to develop the annual marketing plan and select optimal channels for each audience.
• Act as brand ambassador, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Measure, analyse, and report campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the allocated budget with a focus on value for money.
• Oversee SEO strategy, website content (WordPress), and social‑media platforms.
• Write press releases, respond to media queries, and organise promotional events.
• Continuously explore innovative ways to engage target audiences.

Required profile

• Third‑level degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, paid search, display, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail, project‑management and copy‑writing skills.
