Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to shape and execute growth-focused strategies that elevate brand awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue. Reporting to senior business leaders, you will translate commercial priorities into integrated campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives, and market engagement programmes across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
• Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, events, partnerships and market engagement activities.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics and ROI measurement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic guidance.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Ensure effective use of marketing technology, CRM and automation platforms.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Proven track record in demand generation, campaign management and commercial growth.
• Strong strategic, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, marketing operations and performance measurement.
• Background in building and scaling demand-generation programmes in B2B or professional services.
• Relevant degree; postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures, with travel as needed.
