Marketing Manager – Hospital Branding & Patient Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for a new state‑of‑the‑art hospital. The role will shape the hospital’s brand, drive patient acquisition, and align marketing activities with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and patient acquisition.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and other media to promote hospital services and specialties.
• Manage annual marketing calendars, aligning them with hospital milestones and service launches.
• Oversee content creation, community management, SEO/SEM, website development, email marketing and online reputation.
• Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and patient conversion metrics.
• Act as liaison with media agencies, journalists, influencers and public stakeholders.
• Plan and manage events, health camps and CSR activities to increase local engagement.
• Coordinate with clinical departments, external vendors and creative agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Drive empanelment with TPAs, insurance companies and government health schemes, and manage related processes.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing (as stated in qualifications).
