Marketing Manager – Hospitality (French & English)

About the role

Staycity Group is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to support the Director of Integrated Marketing. The role will drive brand, campaign and commercial marketing initiatives across the UK, Ireland and Europe, with a strong focus on French‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with brand standards and business goals.
• Translate and localise all marketing content for English and French audiences while maintaining a consistent voice.
• Manage multi‑channel activities including digital, CRM, email, PR, events and in‑property marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Leverage AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency and creativity.

Required profile

• Professional or native fluency in French and English, with strong writing and editing abilities.
• 3‑5 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with experience building relationships across departments and external agencies.

Required skills

• Fluent French and English translation and localisation.
• Project management across multi‑disciplinary marketing teams.
• Use of AI‑driven marketing tools and emerging technologies.
