Marketing Solution Engineer - Small and Medium Business

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join its team in Dublin, supporting Small and Medium Business customers. The role sits at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and technology, acting as a trusted advisor who architects unified data strategies using Data360 to power personalized customer engagement across the full digital marketing portfolio, including Agentforce Marketing Solutions for AI-driven, agentic customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities and recommend actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360, enabling hyper-personalized customer experiences.
• Showcase Agentforce Marketing and Data360 through software demonstrations and rapid prototyping, and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Construct future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps, partnering with the customer, Account Executive and Partners on discovery, analysis and data-activation recommendations, including emerging capabilities from Contentful and Qualified.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
• Master of Science, Computer Science degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical and data-centric concepts to technical teams and C-level executives.
• Fluent in both English and Danish.
• Nice to have: knowledge of programming languages and at least two years of hands-on experience with Agentic marketing solutions, experience in production-grade deployments, AI literacy, and a track record of working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management and customer success.

• High-impact mindset blending deal making, deal closing and ongoing value, with a strategic data and AI lens.
• Nice to have: up-to-date knowledge of Customer Data Platform trends and data-driven marketing.
