About the role
Prolific is seeking qualified medical doctors to serve as domain experts for training and evaluating AI models. Participants will work remotely, reviewing AI‑generated clinical responses and providing feedback, with compensation ranging from $80 to $150 per hour of task work.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI‑generated answers to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality.
- Compare multiple model responses, select the best, and justify the choice.
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn.
Required profile
- Current medical license/registration in good standing (board certification where applicable).
- Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning.
- Ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
- Reliable high‑speed internet, computer access, PayPal account, and willingness to self‑declare earnings.
