About the role
This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Science Liaison to drive scientific engagement and clinical education across Europe. Based in Ireland, you will act as a trusted scientific resource for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, supporting evidence‑based decision‑making and advancing women’s health initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, KOLs and clinical experts through regular field interactions.
- Conduct non‑promotional scientific discussions to facilitate understanding of clinical evidence.
- Represent the organization at regional and international congresses, conferences and scientific meetings.
- Deliver high‑quality scientific and medical education programs in both in‑person and virtual formats.
- Gather actionable medical insights from the field and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
- Respond to scientific inquiries with accurate, evidence‑based information while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the creation of scientific content, presentations, publications and educational materials.
- Provide scientific expertise to cross‑functional initiatives involving Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial and Medical Education teams.
Required profile
- MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a scientific, medical or healthcare‑related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison or similar field‑based roles within healthcare or medical device industry.
- Experience in breast aesthetics, reconstructive surgery, cosmetic procedures or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to interpret, communicate and discuss complex clinical data.
Required skills
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) in a relevant scientific field.
- Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Expertise in interpreting and presenting complex clinical data.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for scientific communication.
