Module Process Engineer – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

Intel Ireland is seeking a Module Process Engineer to support the development and high‑volume manufacturing of advanced semiconductor technologies. You will work in a fast‑paced fab environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, stable and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer new process and automation technologies from development to high‑volume manufacturing.
• Own module and equipment performance, including qualification, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Maintain equipment availability and process performance to meet safety, quality, output and cost targets.
• Support preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment or process upgrades.
• Use data analysis and structured problem‑solving to identify issues, improve capability and reduce variation.
• Partner with engineers across process, equipment, manufacturing, quality and module teams to solve technical challenges.
• Contribute to defect reduction, yield improvement and manufacturability enhancements.
• Drive improvements in safety, productivity, quality and cost within the assigned area.

Required profile

• Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent in Engineering or Science (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Physics, Chemistry).
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience or internships in process/equipment engineering.
• Strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing and high‑volume production.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication and teamwork across multiple disciplines.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
