Multi-Site Plant Manager / Operations Lead

About the role

This senior Operations leadership position oversees two manufacturing sites as a single integrated platform. The role combines full P&L responsibility with the mandate to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost performance across both locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage two manufacturing sites as one operational unit.
• Lead end‑to‑end performance for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC).
• Drive EBITDA, cost reduction and productivity improvements through P&L ownership.
• Embed Lean and continuous improvement practices into daily operations.
• Direct S&OP, supply‑chain execution and operational planning.
• Serve as the senior operational voice for key customers, ensuring reliable service.
• Build, develop and inspire strong site leadership teams.
• Lead change initiatives during growth, optimisation and transformation phases.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑site manufacturing.
• Background in labels, packaging or similar regulated environments.
• Experience with Food & Beverage and/or Healthcare customers.
• Strong P&L and cost‑centre accountability.
• Demonstrated Lean and continuous‑improvement delivery.
• Confidence operating at the Operations‑Commercial interface.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
