National Account Manager – FMCG (Ireland)

About the role
Strong Roots is seeking a driven National Account Manager to accelerate growth across Ireland. Based in the Clonskeagh office with hybrid working and nationwide travel, you will own key customer relationships and expand the brand’s presence in the retail and food‑service sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow relationships with assigned and new customers.
- Develop, negotiate and implement joint business plans that deliver mutual results.
- Own customer P&L, monitoring volume, value and gross profit.
- Support invoicing, credit control and generate performance reports through data extraction and manipulation.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Experience in the Irish FMCG industry, preferably with brand or insurgent‑brand growth.
- Proven track record in retail sales and account management.
- Motivated to level up within a fast‑moving commercial environment.
