New Business Account Executive – French Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated New Business Account Executive to drive customer acquisition for its Business product line in the French market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and activation, delivering an excellent experience for new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to prospects across multiple channels, with a strong focus on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, targeting key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline, guiding opportunities from prospecting through to closing, and pursue upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Revolut teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing usage for customers.
• Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing, and account growth activities.
• Apply solution‑based selling techniques to match customer needs with Revolut Business value.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business and communicate its positioning with compelling case studies.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• At least 1 year of demonstrable commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone articulation skills.
• Strong written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Motivation to build a career in a high‑performing sales environment.
• Proven determination and accountability in a fast‑paced setting.
