Obs & Gynae Registrar – Immediate Start

About the role
This position is for an Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrar who can start immediately. The role is based in Ireland and involves delivering specialist obstetric and gynaecological care within a hospital setting while working under senior supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Provide obstetric and gynaecological clinical care under supervision.
- Participate in on‑call rotas and emergency duties.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient reviews.
Required profile
- Active registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC).
- Minimum three years of relevant obstetrics and gynaecology experience.
- Successful completion of at least two parts of the specialty membership examination.
- Valid English language proficiency (OET or IELTS) at the time of application.
- For candidates who have completed the International Medical Graduate Training Initiative (Pakistan & Sudan), a minimum 12‑month return to the home country post‑graduation.
- Irish experience in obstetrics and gynaecology is desirable.
