Onsite Support Technician – IT Field Services

About the role

As an IT Field Services & Onsite Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for clients in Ireland, delivering hands‑on technical assistance at their locations. You will ensure that hardware, software and network environments run smoothly, helping users stay productive.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to provide in‑person technical support.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software on Windows and Apple devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, printer issues, and software malfunctions.
• Support audio and video equipment, perform health checks, and manage asset disposal.
• Perform data recovery and implement backup solutions.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes and resolve problems efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when necessary.
• Provide remote support and coordinate with IT network and unified communications teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
