Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day activities across design, production and delivery of furniture and furnishings packages. Based on‑site in Dún Laoghaire, you will ensure that all departments and external partners meet quality, sustainability and customer‑satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, manage workflows and align cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor inventory, logistics and supplier performance, negotiating timelines and service standards.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Supervise operational staff, manage budgets and allocate resources.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare reports for leadership and support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, production coordination or project management, preferably in design, interiors or manufacturing.
• Strong workflow planning, scheduling and resource allocation abilities.
• Proficiency with operations or project‑management software, spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience with a focus on coaching and developing diverse teams.
