Oracle Fusion Test Manager – up to £100k + Bonus – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing for a major Oracle Fusion implementation for a high‑profile public sector client. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Belfast, and offers a competitive salary up to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall testing strategy for Oracle Fusion upgrades, integrations and change initiatives.
• Lead all testing phases – functional, SIT, regression, UAT and non‑functional testing.
• Manage and mentor test analysts, test leads and broader testing resources.
• Develop testing schedules, resource plans and delivery timelines.
• Track progress, risks, defects and quality metrics, reporting to programme leadership.
• Drive adoption of testing best practices, automation frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit and quality assurance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud or large‑scale ERP programmes.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end testing methodologies and governance.
• Experience managing enterprise testing lifecycles across complex implementations.
• Ability to work closely with business, functional and technical stakeholders.
