Packaging Operator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, regulated packaging environment as a Packaging Operator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will ensure that products are packaged to the highest quality and safety standards while supporting shift‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines and report any issues.
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment, performing set‑up, line clearance, and changeovers.
• Verify that all packaging materials (labels, cartons, inserts) are correct and available.
• Inspect packaged products for compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Complete real‑time documentation, maintaining production records of downtime, output, and deviations.
• Support new product launches, packaging trials, and continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Lean and 5S.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Flexibility to work alternating shifts in a goal‑oriented environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
