Paediatric Nurse – Full/Part Time with €2,000 Bonus

About the role

Bluebird Care is seeking a compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join its home‑care team in Tipperary. The position offers full‑time or part‑time night shifts (8‑hour) and includes a €2,000 starting bonus (terms apply). You will deliver safe, person‑centred nursing care to children in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care and implement individualized care plans.
• Prioritise the child’s needs and comfort while working closely with families.
• Maintain professionalism by adhering to the NMBI Code of Conduct and practising within the NMBI scope.
• Collaborate with a nurse‑led team and report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Community‑based nursing experience is desirable but not essential; relevant training will be provided.

Required skills

• Ability to deliver evidence‑based nursing care.
• Knowledge of NMBI regulations and professional standards.
