Paralegal – LegalTech Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Paralegal with a passion for customer service to join a fast‑growing LegalTech company in Ireland. You will combine legal expertise, technology, and client engagement to help customers navigate legal processes and maximise the value of our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and organise legal documents and agreements according to customer requirements.
• Prepare legal documentation for internal review and client delivery.
• Respond to client inquiries about services, account management and platform functionality.
• Assist customers with technical setup, including configuring connections to source‑code‑management platforms.
• Support sales activities by answering prospect questions via email and website channels.
• Generate customer reports and ensure clear communication of insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction, retention and service quality.
• Act as a trusted advocate, identifying challenges and guiding users toward successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a blend of legal knowledge and customer‑service skills.
• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, customer success specialist or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong ability to draft and review legal documents with high accuracy.
• Interest in LegalTech, SaaS platforms and technology‑enabled legal services.
• Excellent written English communication and professional interaction skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
