Part-time Lecturer – up to 6 hrs/week

About the role
Cork University Business School is seeking qualified individuals to deliver tutoring and lecturing on an occasional part‑time basis, not exceeding 6 hours per week, for the 2026‑27 academic year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Prepare and update teaching materials and resources.
- Assess and examine student work in accordance with programme requirements.
- Support full‑time academic staff in the delivery of courses.
- Utilise shared office space and library facilities during the contract period.
Required profile
- Relevant academic qualifications and experience in teaching or industry.
- Interest in occasional part‑time tutoring or lecturing.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of €52.87 per hour (increasing to €57.52 after two years of continuous service).
- Access to shared office space and library facilities for the contract duration.
- Occasional part‑time contract (up to 6 hours per week) for the 2026‑27 academic year.
