Payroll Executive – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Payroll Executive on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to join its growing Irish payroll team. You will deliver managed payroll services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high‑quality customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage your workload to deliver client payrolls by agreed deadlines.
• Validate, input, and correct payroll data before the live run.
• Handle routine and complex payroll and HR queries, liaising with internal teams and external bodies such as tax offices.
• Support customers throughout the payroll process to ensure accurate payments and reports.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports, manage tax year‑end processing, and provide performance statistics to team leaders.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Deputise for the Operations Team Manager when required, including decision‑making and team performance support.
