About the role
EVERSANA® is seeking a People Partner for Europe to support HR operations across multiple countries. Based in Ireland on a home‑office basis, the role works closely with the Senior People Director – Europe, regional HR teams, and cross‑functional partners such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, off‑boarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits administration, and absence management.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and maintain employee relations.
- Upload and maintain employee data in HR systems, guaranteeing data integrity.
- Act as a liaison between managers, employees, and external HR service providers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of European employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
