About the role
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist (Basic Grade) to join the pharmacy team at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient and cost‑effective dispensary and clinical pharmacy services to the hospital’s wards and departments. It is based in the HSE Health region Dublin and North East and reports to the Pharmacy Executive Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of dispensary services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols.
- Support clinical pharmacy activities across all wards, contributing to patient medication management.
- Maintain cost‑effective pharmacy operations while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Executive Manager to ensure service standards are met.
Required profile
- Qualified pharmacist eligible to practice in Ireland.
