Pharmacist (Hospital Pharmacy)

About the role

The Pharmacy & Medicines Optimisation (PAMO) Directorate is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and economical pharmaceutical care to patients at MMUH. The pharmacist will join a multidisciplinary team that supports clinical pharmacy, dispensary, drug safety, medicines information, and pharmacy cancer services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care across the dispensary, cancer, or clinical pharmacy services, depending on current departmental needs.
• Collaborate with other departments, directorates, and hospital management to ensure integrated patient care.
• Support drug safety initiatives and contribute to medicines information services.
• Participate in the delivery of pharmacy cancer services as required.

Required profile

• Qualified pharmacist ready to work in a hospital environment.
• Willingness to adapt to different service areas (dispensary, cancer, or clinical pharmacy) based on recruitment timing.
