Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Allcare Stillorgan is looking for a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join its community pharmacy team. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, delivering high‑quality advice on all product ranges and supporting the pharmacy’s commitment to personalised care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and health advice to customers, consulting the Managing Pharmacist when required.
• Maintain stock control, including rotation, appropriate stock levels and correct supplier usage.
• Deliver professional, efficient customer service that strengthens relationships with pharmacy patrons.
• Assist across all areas of pharmacy operations, adapting to the needs of the team.
• Use WWHAM questioning to assess over‑the‑counter medicine requests and refer to the pharmacist as needed.
• Follow security, cash handling and health‑and‑safety procedures diligently.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy and compliant with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Participate in training programmes and proactively develop the role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of over‑the‑counter medicines and the WWHAM questioning technique.
• Basic stock‑control and merchandising skills.
• Understanding of pharmacy security and cash‑handling procedures.
