Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor

About the role

Allcare KCR is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join its Kimmage location. You will be the front‑line point of contact for customers, providing product information, advice and exceptional service while supporting the overall operation of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and health advice across all pharmacy ranges, consulting the Managing Pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain stock control, including rotation, ordering, and ensuring correct delivery details.
• Deliver professional, efficient customer service and build strong relationships with pharmacy patrons.
• Assist in all areas of pharmacy operations, adapting to workload demands and supporting team members.
• Use WWHAM questioning to recommend appropriate over‑the‑counter medicines, escalating to the pharmacist as required.
• Handle cash, receipts and security procedures responsibly.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, tidy and complies with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Participate in training programmes and proactively develop the role.
