Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and advice.
• Drive retail sales through link selling and promotion awareness.
• Maintain optimal stock levels.
• Perform cash management duties accurately and securely.
• Uphold merchandising standards to present the pharmacy at its best.
• Build customer loyalty and handle additional projects as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer engagement and service orientation.
• Ability to listen, understand needs, and deliver great service.
• Team‑player who builds effective relationships with pharmacy staff.
• Tailors conversations so customers leave feeling informed and confident.
• Strong product knowledge; interest or experience in skin‑care is a plus.
• Proven sales ability and previous OTC sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Keen interest in retail pharmacy.
