Planner I

About the role

The Planner I supports the supply chain planning function by creating and maintaining accurate production schedules. Working closely with production, procurement and logistics, you will ensure that resources are aligned to meet order priorities while adhering to safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules based on order priorities, resource availability and equipment capacity.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and logistics teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and address production interruptions.
• Enter and maintain critical production parameters (lead times, batch sizes, cycle times) in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory levels for each product family and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Report production status, issues and performance metrics to supply‑chain leadership.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental supply‑chain concepts.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret production data and make informed scheduling decisions.
• Effective communication skills for exchanging information and asking clarifying questions.
• Commitment to adhere to company values, safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system for production planning and data entry.
