Portfolio PMO Analyst

About the role

We are a leading banking institution seeking a Portfolio PMO Analyst on a 6‑month rolling contract. You will support the Portfolio Management Office by analysing project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving governance processes to improve delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to track and report on portfolio performance.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate insights effectively.
• Support the implementation of PMO best practices and methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO or Portfolio Analyst in the banking or regulated sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
