Practice Accountant

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review of financial statements and tax returns for a variety of client types, including sole traders, corporations and partnerships.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong professional relationships and trust.
• Collaborate with firm partners to drive business growth and deliver high‑quality accounting advice across the region.
• Contribute to the firm’s expansion initiatives and support junior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA) or PQ status with experience in a public practice environment.
• Strong attention to detail and solid technical accounting knowledge.
• Excellent organisational abilities, capable of meeting deadlines and leading teams.
• Effective communicator with relationship‑building skills and commercial awareness.
