Procurement Specialist / Buyer – ICT (Hybrid, Dundalk)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist / Buyer to support complex data centre and ICT infrastructure projects across Europe. Based in Dundalk with a hybrid working model, you will manage the sourcing and acquisition of electrical, mechanical, ICT, security and power components.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure electrical, mechanical, ICT, security & power infrastructure components.
• Obtain quotes, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing and lead times.
• Raise purchase orders and manage the procurement schedule.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, site, and logistics teams.
• Track material delivery to site and manage urgent procurement needs.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, health & safety, and ISO standards.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or buying (preferred).
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
