About the role
Keelings is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its dynamic team in St Margaret's, Co Dublin. You will be responsible for building strong supplier relationships, supporting cost‑effective procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and Keelings.
- Support procurement strategies, tenders, negotiations and contract management.
- Generate commercial reports, provide market insights and present findings to senior leadership.
- Manage purchase orders and maintain an up‑to‑date vendor database.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
- Own transport required for the St Margaret's location.
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment is advantageous.
