Production Manager – Manufacturing Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day factory operations in our modern manufacturing facility serving the interiors and fit‑out supply chain. This senior role will drive performance, improve manufacturing execution, and help build a scalable, high‑efficiency production environment as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production across manufacturing, assembly, and logistics functions.
• Drive performance metrics such as quality, output, on‑time delivery, labour efficiency and cost control.
• Improve production planning, communication and operational follow‑through.
• Support implementation and optimisation of new CNC machinery and automation technologies.
• Develop stronger accountability and ownership across production teams.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase throughput and efficiency.
• Build effective reporting structures, KPIs and production management routines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategy and growth initiatives.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance culture focused on teamwork, safety and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Track record of delivering against production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Ability to introduce structure, accountability and process discipline in a growing business.
• Practical, hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
