Production Operator

About the role

As a Production Operator within PSC Biotech’s Integrated Production Team (IPT), you will support the manufacture and reliable supply of biotech products, ensuring compliance, safety and high‑quality output in a clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment using MES/DCS and PLC‑based systems to maximise uptime and meet target outputs.
• Handle a range of equipment including parts washers, autoclaves, CIP/SIP tanks, vial washers, depyro tunnels, debaggers and filling machines.
• Perform clean‑room cleaning, housekeeping and materials management while applying Lean principles for continuous improvement.
• Manage equipment flow, track hold times, label and maintain inventory of clean and sterile items using Kanban and automated MES status updates.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment where qualified.
• Contribute to the creation and revision of operational procedures and training materials.

Required profile

• Fully certified and proficient on all assigned equipment, processes and tasks.
• Ability to work proactively without direct supervision.
• Familiarity with factory scheduling systems such as RTMS.
