Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at the Rathcoole site (D24) in Dublin. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and involves hands‑on work in a regulated environment supporting the production of drug‑related products.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and GMP guidelines to perform all production activities.
• Carry out kitting, glassware preparation, cleaning, labeling, packaging and related SAP transactions.
• Label non‑licensed products, conduct final product inspections and ensure environmental upkeep.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute documentation for kitted and shipped materials.
• Coordinate with Planning and Logistics to meet production schedules.
• Maintain work areas in an orderly, GDP‑compliant manner.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Computer literacy and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Awareness of supply‑chain processes; SAP experience is a plus.
