Production Operator

About the role

Reporting to Production Management, the Production Operator will perform a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks to help deliver high‑quality engineered products. You will work as part of a skilled, supportive team in a fast‑paced engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assembly and general production duties.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Operate production equipment and machinery as required.
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and engineering teams to meet production deadlines.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality focus.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious approach.
• Willingness to work rotational shift patterns (morning, afternoon, night).

Required skills

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with electromechanical systems.
• Operation of production equipment and machinery.
