About the role
Our client, a global pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking Production Operators across multiple levels to support manufacturing in Ireland. The role offers a chance to develop a career in a highly regulated, fast‑growing industry.
Key responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Working within a cleanroom or controlled environment
- Following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Performing inspections and documenting production activity
- Supporting team targets and continuous improvement initiatives
Required profile
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment
- Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
- Interest in contributing to team goals and improvement projects
- Open to entry, intermediate or experienced levels; experience in medical devices, pharma or regulated manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory for junior roles
