Production Planner

About the role

The Production Planner is a key member of the manufacturing team, responsible for translating demand into an efficient production schedule. Working closely with the Production Manager and various internal stakeholders, the role ensures that customer orders are delivered on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update the production schedule for the next 36‑48 hours and beyond.
• Compile and report on the previous 24‑hour schedule adherence.
• Issue daily schedules to internal stakeholders and mirror real‑time changes in the production hall.
• Attend morning T1 and T2 production meetings to align on priorities.
• Advise lead times based on the order book and protect OTIF performance.
• Manage escalation processes and support continuous improvement.
