Production Team Member

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Production Team Member to join its manufacturing floor, where you will help produce high‑quality surgical products. You will work within a collaborative team, following strict standard operating procedures to ensure product excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, package, and label surgical products in line with SOPs.
• Inspect components using precision measuring equipment to verify engineering specifications.
• Complete production records and maintenance logs accurately.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures and requirements.
• Perform final inspection activities, including finished‑goods inspection and Device History Record (DHR) review.
