Production Team Member

About the role
Stryker is seeking a Production Team Member to join its manufacturing floor, where you will help produce high‑quality surgical products. You will work within a collaborative team, following strict standard operating procedures to ensure product excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Produce, package, and label surgical products in line with SOPs.
- Inspect components using precision measuring equipment to verify engineering specifications.
- Complete production records and maintenance logs accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures and requirements.
- Perform final inspection activities, including finished‑goods inspection and Device History Record (DHR) review.
Required profile
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail for component inspection and documentation.
