Program Manager, Reverse Supply Chain, Global Supply Operations

About the role

Google is looking for a Program Manager to lead reverse supply chain initiatives across its global supply operations. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure on‑time material delivery for Google’s data‑center network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order management and drive on‑time material delivery against forecasted capacity.
• Balance supply and demand, reprioritise orders, and influence inventory decisions to mitigate long‑term critical path issues.
• Partner with global logistics, data‑center operations, and vendors to ensure seamless shipping and last‑mile delivery.
• Lead operational reviews of the open order book, meet key metrics, and use planning/ERP tools for decision‑making.
• Identify and implement project‑based improvements to support long‑term organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of program or project management experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and using spreadsheets and SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, modeling, presentation, and communication abilities.
