Project Architect – Data Centers

About the role

Corgan is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join its Data Centres team. You will work alongside creative, highly motivated professionals to deliver innovative design solutions for large‑scale data centre projects. The role offers a collaborative environment where you can grow your expertise while contributing to cutting‑edge architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, QA/QC checks, and consultant coordination.
• Generate creative design solutions within project functional parameters and translate concepts into clear visual representations.
• Prepare and complete construction documentation, ensuring constructability and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in creating and managing project schedules and overall fees.
• Develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders and lead project studio team members.
• Proactively resolve issues between design, technical, and project objectives in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Maintain awareness of new methodologies, codes, and products, and apply them appropriately.
• Manage client relations and conduct presentations as needed.

Required profile

• RIAI‑registered architect or Senior Architectural Technologist.
• 10+ years of commercial architecture experience, preferably with data centre projects.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare all stages of design documentation and perform construction administration.
• Strong commitment to QA/QC and high‑quality deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (strongly preferred).
• Experience with other 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, timelines, and constructability.
• Ability to coordinate project deliverables and client expectations efficiently.
