About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Project Associate to support its Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) programme for international protection seekers in Dublin. Working under the Chief of Mission and the National MHPSS Officer, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the project.
Key responsibilities
- Provide programmatic and financial assistance for the MHPSS project, including budgeting, expense tracking and reporting.
- Handle daily administrative, human‑resources and finance tasks related to project implementation.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of psychosocial services.
- Maintain project documentation, monitor compliance with IOM policies, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Support logistics for service delivery at the Citywest accommodation facility.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in migration, protection or humanitarian settings.
- Knowledge of mental health and psychosocial support concepts.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
