Project Coordinator – Onsite Lead in Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to act as the on‑site anchor for our Dublin team. You will ensure smooth project execution, keep timelines on track, and help the team grow by supporting onboarding and recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in‑person point of contact for the Dublin team, running daily stand‑ups, check‑ins and planning sessions.
• Coordinate active projects on the ground, monitoring timelines, scope and quality, and reporting progress, risks and blockers to the Delivery Manager.
• Identify resourcing needs, refer candidates to the talent team and participate in interviews to assess delivery and technical fit.
• Welcome and onboard new team members, helping them understand current projects and our ways of working.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience coordinating project delivery and supporting talent sourcing or recruitment activities.
• Based in Dublin or able to commute daily for consistent on‑site work.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, comfortable reporting project health to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day project logistics in a fast‑paced environment.
